I don't think it has anything to do with nationality, it has everything to do with race.
If you haven't noticed lately, several countries in Africa have been ethnically cleansing their countries.

It has little to do with race. Blacks are killing blacks also. The operative dynamic is tribalism or group. The Japanese and the Koreans are Asians, yet they hate each other. The Germans are Caucasian, as are the Russians and they killed each other by the millions in WWII.
Race is the excuse, not the reason.
The untold story here is what will happen when some countries (like Sudan) start ethniclly cleansing the hordes of Chinese that have moved there. What will China do? I have thought for some time that China views Africa as prime colonization material, and they won't be too polite about it.
The EU is so politically correct. They praise Mugabe in Zimbabwe as he takes everything from the whites and tries to kill them.
They are making the same PC mistake with the Muslims within their borders. They will pay a heavy price.
The Western Euorpeans engaged in this political correctness and pandering to the Muslims. The Europeans give the Muslims welfare, housing and other crap and the Muslims hate them and there will be a civil war.
The Dutch are learning. The lesson now. The EU is filled with Muslims who hate Europeans.
And after the "cleaning", the locals discover that nothing works anymore...telephones don't work, power shortages etc...Look at South Africa.....There is always a slide backward to the way it was before "the whites" came to build the society...

I think it is a bit of Both. The French seem to leave a stain wherever they go.
It has to do with the fact that the French have forced the democratically elected government of Ivory Coast to accept a so-called unity government with a Muslim rebel group that has ties to international terrorism.
But, hey, go ahead and try to paint this as some sort of racial thing.
