I don't have a source, but I remember Clintoon having Arafat stay at the White House MANY times. Arafat lived high on the hog when he came to the States and was treated like royalty.

Our President never had Arafat over here and our President shut Arafat's water off. But, yes, I remember Arafat being at the White House a LOT under Clintoon.
