People need to "learn" from history - not hide it - not go on wanting it or want some payment because of it -
They should simply want to learn and grow as a nation from having learned their history -
A well educated public will see the lessons learned or the harm done by actions of the past - Russia and the U.S. need to keep this in mind - in my opinion -
