True - Old Morris is adding to it -

I say President Bush needs to hear from the people - isn't there an email address - or would his people block them -

If can't get through by email - perhaps a "day" to march against illegals - in all states - Make a showing the major media can't ignore -

my opinion - America as a nation is paying too high a price for these Companies cheap labor - Are we adopting China's policy -

Hey, I thought in your universe, those of us who love America and want its borders protected would vanish after the election.

Those of us opposing the Bush amnesty were not Democrats as you often accused. We are patriots and we will oppose this plan.

Bush and Rove better think about the consequences of following a stupid plan of action that's as universally unpopular as his guest worker stealth amnesty plan.

Fortunately, nothing happens unless the Congess says so. The pressure must be brought to bear on the House & Senate. They felt the wrath of public opinion last year, and we can't let up on them now that the election has passed.

Hey, folks, a free market should be a free market. We've got to get rid of the minimum wage.

AUSTIN - Flanked by Mexican Foreign Minister Luis Ernesto Derbez, U.S. Sen Kay Bailey Hutchinson on Thursday said reviving an immigration agreement with Mexico will be among the top priorities for President Bush during his second term.

Since the President wants this, can we send all the illegals to Texas? I'm sure they could use a few million more.

With Tancredo and Prop 200 winning overwhelmingly as well I don't know how anyone can say there's a mandate for amnesties but I'm sure the illegal alien apologists will find a way.

Don't bother trying to contact Senator Kay Baily Hutchison about this issue. She will not respond. Her and Cornyn seemed to be all for open borders and don't care how their voters feel, they know they are safe in Texas.

Honestly Mr. President, this is disgusting. Withing ten years 1/3rd of Mexican nationals will live within the United States, running the whole show by their grand designs.

By 2014 there will be 45 plus million illegals in America. I hope the Democrats and Republicans will be proud of their work.

Flood the country with millions of uneducated, unskilled, non English speaking illegal aliens. A real recipe for success!

Go team! So what is everyone wearing to the inaugural ball? I am sure by 2014 there will be a large pinate for the evening festivities.

Hit the keyword for 'guestworker' for the old threads from January when this proposal first was floated. Maybe one of the most unpopular Bush proposals ever.

There's been a lot of talk about how the Hispanic vote put GW over the top.

I'd like to remind everyone that without the Conservative vote, the top would have been out of sight!

"Since the President wants this, can we send all the illegals to Texas?"

Excellent idea!

Let's put them all up at Kay Bailey Hutchinson's house!

Better idea, have Texas build 40,000 20-story pink apartment buildings across the plains of Texas, put um all there.

There's no mandate for amnesties, both of them were proposing one and since one of the two was going to win the voters weren't given much choice in the matter.

You're right, luckily there are members of Congress that have more common sense, where illegal immigration is concerned, than Bush does.

Several new members of Congress are more anti-illegal immigration than their predecessors were.

I'm seeing today where Bush only got about 31% of the Hispanic vote nationally. Not very much if that's accurate.

I think Kennebunkport could use a 'day labor' hall and a few 7-Elevens with big parking lots.
