I tried to explain to my dear female friend, who is Jewish, that it is important to vote for the party that is most sympathetic to Israel. I am a Christian, by the way. She seemed puzzled by the concept, and probably thinks that I am daft. I am sure that she is not alone. I don't mean to pick on anyone today, but I just pass this along. Sometimes one can only shake one's head.

And amongst those who are concerned about Israel a substantial number feel Israel could negotiate her way out of the problem. Just as America could with Iraq.

And here I am wasting my time, explaining to my dear friends who are Jewish/Christian/Italian/Irish/German/Greek/Turkish/Indian/etc. . . . that it is important to vote for the party that is most sympathetic to the United States.
