Don't know, but I heard that Stevens is the SCOTUS judge overseeing the 6th Circuit in OH. Don't know who oversees SD (9th Circus?)

If GOP loses, because the fix is in...how soon to file an emergency appeal to the CofA?I'd attempt to do it immediately, tonight. There's got to be some kind of mechanism for a petition for emergency relief. I'd call the judges at home if need be.
