OH MY!! My prayers are with you and your family. God Bless you for your tenacity!! Please let us know when you hear your son is ok.
I join in prayer for your son's well being and for those who serve with him. I pray also you and the family and thank God for all of our heroes and their loved ones!
May the Lord keep your son in his protection. I pray that God's comfort and strength will get you through this period of waiting.

Those in this nation who have so little at stake tend to take their freedoms and blesings for granted, and are frivolous in how they exercise their right to vote. Thank you for your example of courage and commitment, and the desire to do what is right, even in the face of testing and axiety. We owe it to your son, whatever his fate, to do the right thing tomorrow, and not break faith with him, his fellow soldiers, and the people of Afghanistan.

After my Father passed, I found his Bible in his bedroom and this passage was the last he was reading. I found much comfort in this and I hope you do too.
