ZIP THAT LIP (Chris Heinz - Just like Momma)
NY Post ^ | Octover 30th, 2004 | Richard Johnson

October 31, 2004 -- THIS campaign is ending just in time before someone gets hurt. John Kerry's stepson, Chris Heinz, 31, displayed his mother Teresa's famous lack of rhetorical restraint at a recent campaign event with a group of Wharton students. Philadelphia magazine reports: "Heinz accused Kerry's opponents - 'our enemies' - of making the race dirty. 'We didn't start out with negative ads calling George Bush a cokehead,' he said, before adding, 'I'll do it now.' Asked later about it, Heinz said, 'I have no evidence. He never sold me anything.'" Heinz also reminded writer Sasha Issenberg of Pat Buchanan by saying, "One of the things I've noticed is the Israel lobby - the treatment of Israel as the 51st state, sort of a swing state." Buchanan was blasted as an anti-Semite years ago when he cited Israel's "amen corner" in Congress.

Anybody know how Senator Heinz was? Was he quite liberal, moderate, or conservative?

RINO - the fruits don't fall far from the tree. Between the parents, they never stood a chance.

Woah! Let me get this correct. Chris Heinz said this: "I have no evidence. He never sold me anything." Does this not suggest that Chris might be a buyer of "Coke?"

I don't know how accurate the story is. It's a "PAGE SIX" article.

There was a column posted yesterday by a former aide to Heinz, No Hiding. I gather Heinz was liberal on the environment and social issues, but the column concentrated mostly on how strong he was on defense.

The Heinz name is being liberally used in John Heinz's home state to influence voters who knew and loved John Heinz. But what did John Heinz himself believe? Yes, Heinz was the very embodiment of the vanishing breed known as the moderate Republican. Yes, he was a strong supporter of Social Security and the environment, and was routinely endorsed by organized labor. Did he agree with John Kerry on some domestic issues? Sure.

Yet there was another side to John Heinz. From 1985 until Heinz's death in 1991, the two men whom fate would cast as Teresa Heinz Kerry's first and second husbands sat in the Senate chamber together facing identical votes on the policies of Ronald Reagan to end the Cold War, and those of the first President Bush to oust Saddam Hussein from Kuwait. There was no mistaking the sharp differences in the Heinz and Kerry approaches to national security.

He was a moderate, but still, I bet he's rolling in his grave right now. The Heinz boys are complete disgraces.

Why, I believe it does! It would also indicate he buys so much of it, he'd surely have run into ole coke-pushin' Bush at some time or other...hee-hee!

More than likely Old Vacuum Cleaner Nose shared some free nose candy with young Heinz which he had paid for with his government furnished largesse.

We forget about the missing son, John Heinz, III who has stayed out of the fray. Runs a school in eastern PA. Some have speculated it a muslim school but an AP report several weeks ago did not say that. However, he remains non-political. The AP report also said that he and his mother do not get along.

First it tells me they have NO class. Next it tells me they are worried. However, labeling half of America as the enemy is real REAL stoopid!

"Does this not suggest that Chris might be a buyer of "Coke?"

It seems a strange construction, one that would only occur to a person who has bought coke on many occaisions. Otherwise wouldn't one say something like "I don't really know."

So why aren't we finding out more about this guy? Why does he not speak to his mother. America should know why the possible First Lady has a son who will not speak to her!!!!
