I saw this on Hardball last night, and thought it worth calling to your attention. MSNBC has an excellent interactive Electoral Vote map...It allows you to click on each state, and put it in either the Bush or Kerry column, and it gives you a running total. You can easily play around with different scenarios, and it's far nicer than Tim Russert's stupid little white board.

Very useful in trying your own scenarios, as we hget inundated with polls over the next few days, and probably a good idea to bookmark for Election Night. One very slight drawback. You can't split Maine's EC votes..

Go to:Electoral College calculator

BTW..please ping your lists if you think they'd be interested

Problem is, polls don't show Missouri as a toss-up. PMSNBC has it as a toss up. Same with Nevada.

Not bad, but IMO the L.A. Times site is better

Well, since you brought it up here is Another One that is very easy to use even though it's from an Edwards site. And here is Yet Another that I found.

Yes, I am an Electoral Junkie

Using the LA Times interactive map, I think there's going to be a Bush victory in the Electoral College, 292 to 246.

Currently I have Bush 300-238. That's with winning Florida, Ohio and Wisconsin. We can still win the electorals without Ohio as long as we win Florida.

By my calculation it is Bush with 325 EV's.

MSNBC site is almost too interactive. Lots of windows popping up and the map is too small.

I've been tinkering with the LA Times map, and I keep on thinking that 274 to 264 Bush is highly probable. I think I'm going to revise it to that number.
