Neas is powerful, but this election is too important for too many, and tempers are hot. I'd hate to see someone stir up more anger.

Also, I believe Bush will win by a wide margin. If so, how could anyone sue then?

The "Plan B" for Neas may or may not include lawsuits. It could just involved MSM enabled chattering. To underestimate Neas is to lose to him.
