Just more efforts on the part of the democrats to ignore the Rule of Law and attempt to steal the election.

Why do these idiots think the rules are put into place. To ensure that only legally registered voters are able to vote. So the democrats work to delete the rules so anyone can vote - even if an illegal alien, or alien as far as that goes.

Duval, Orange, Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties.

Man those sound familiar.

But he gave the union group a chance to file a new version of the lawsuit next month

When needed.

The group argued that the rejections had a disparate effect on minorities.

Everything has a negative effect on someone and a positive effect on someone to one degree or another. That's the way it is and the way it always will be. It's called reality.

But he gave the union group a chance to file a new version of the lawsuit next month with people who meet the standard.

Now that's funny!

Federal law requires an absentee voter to include a copy of their driver's license (or other identification)when the voter is a new voter to a location.

Just encountered this law this week when helping family members fill out absentee ballots. Does anyone have any idea how long this has been in existence? This is a GREAT law -- should cut down on fraud. It appeared that the first time voter would also have to show ID if voting in person.

I caught a report on FOX the other day that said the democrats had filed something like 25 seperate lawsuits. Judges had ruled against them in 22 of those cases.

I think the democrats have decided to screw the law and judges aren't happy about it at all.

AS it should be! I'm sick and tired of cowtowing to those who don't want to follow instructions but expect to get their way after a bit of whining!

It's great news. It's simple, people. I moved to Carson City, NV. I went to the courthouse in the county seat, Douglas County, and then I registered to vote.

I showed up and voted early on the appropriate day and at the appropriate place. It really isn't too hard. Of course, we are talking about liberals.

Well if they are too stupid to fill out a simple voter registration card, then they got what they deserved on this one.

This is the third victory in the courts for good sense at the polls in the last two days.

Add this one to the decisions in Ohio and Florida that refuse the Democrats demand for paper ballots to go along with the electronic record to make recounts more likely.
