Either Soros or McAuliffe is perfectly capable of doing this. Their scumminess is so ingrained they wouldn't even realize how it might backfire on them.

Soros. I've begun to think that as slimy as Kerry is that he is probably not the person behind trying to destabilize our freedom and way of government through grinding this election through the courts and resorting to these tactics. He's allowing it, of course, which makes him complicit. But I think I'm beginning to see at least two sets of motives. For Kerry it is to get elected. Plain and simple. For Soros, it is to eventually bring down our government. But why?

I don't think even McAuliffe or Soros would be this stupid. This is the kind of trick done by true believers like gay activists, the RATs in the underground, or A.N.S.W.E.R. Or, perhaps Barbra Streisand.
