DEMOCRAT RECIPE FOR VICTORY: FOLLOW THE PLAYBOOK
Dem Playbook Includes Forming Shadow Ground Organizations, Committing Fraud, And Filing Lawsuits To Ensure Lawyers Will Decide Election, Not Voters

STEP 1: FORM SHADOW ORGANIZATIONS
TO DO THE DIRTY WORK

NM Governor Bill Richardson On 527s: "Now That Campaign Finance Reform Is Law … Organizations Like These Have Become The Replacement For The National Democratic Party."  (Jeffrey H. Birnbaum, "The New Soft Money," Fortune, 11/10/03)

ACT Led By Top Democrat Operatives, Spending Millions On Turnout. "Led by top democratic operatives, including former AFL-CIO political director Steve Rosenthal and Emily's list president Ellen Malcolm, ACT aims to raise and spend $95-million driving up democratic turnout in 17 battleground states." (Adam C. Smith, "Liberals Gleaning Fla. Votes, One By Personal One," St. Petersburg Times, 3/22/04)

ACT's Harold Ickes: "We Are The Backbone Of The On-The-Ground Operations" And Admitted "That He Occasionally Tells The Kerry Camp What He's Up To, And He Insists It's Perfectly Legal." ("Fund-Raisers Lurk In Shadows Of Campaign Law," Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, 7/27/04; Paula Dwyer, "Why 527 Is The Dems' Lucky Number," BusinessWeek Online, 7/28/04)

ACORN Conducts Its Voter Registration Activities Through Project Vote, Which Uses "Local ACORN Offices To Collect Registrations." "[Franklin County (OH) Board Of Elections Director Matthew] Damschroder said several 'blatantly false' forms were turned in by the voter registration effort, in which the nationwide Project Vote uses local ACORN offices to collect registrations." ("Officials Question Error-Filled Voter Registrations Collected By Paid Workers," The Associated Press, 6/2/04)

Former Ohio Democrat Party Chair David Leland Is Project Vote's National Director. (Project Vote Website, http://projectvote.org/index.php?id=118, Accessed 10/12/04)

STEP 2: COMMIT NUMEROUS KINDS OF VOTER FRAUD

Register A Dead Person.  "At least one Lake County voter would have made quite a comeback to cast a ballot Nov. 2.  He has been dead for more than two decades, elections officials said.  … [Lake County Elections Board Director Jan Clair] said that the registration of the deceased man was filed by the National Voter Fund, the registration arm of the NAACP…" (Michael Scott, "Dead Man On Voter Rolls Sparks Inquiry," [Cleveland] Plain Dealer, 9/23/04)

Forge A Nursing Home Resident's Signature.  "In a seemingly lesser miracle of wayward democracy, an elderly nursing home resident who only scrawls a shaky "X" when signing official documents suddenly regained a firm, crisp cursive signature when she registered.  … [Lake County Elections Board Director Jan Clair] said … the woman in the nursing home was registered by the group Americans Coming Together, known in this state as ACT Ohio."  (Michael Scott, "Dead Man On Voter Rolls Sparks Inquiry," [Cleveland] Plain Dealer, 9/23/04)

Register Yourself 25 Times.  "Kym Cason admitted to signing up three of her friends to vote 40 times to help her boyfriend, who earned $2 for each voter he signed up for the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now. She said she forged their signatures and filled out their information to the best of her knowledge. She also signed herself up to vote 25 times."  ("Investigation Reveals Potentially Fraudulent Voter Forms," The Associated Press, 10/12/04)

Leave Registrations In Trunk Of Car.  "When police at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport stopped a man for running a stop sign late last month, they found an unusual stash in his car trunk: More than 300 voter registration cards that had been filled out but never submitted to the Minnesota secretary of state. The motorist allegedly told police that he was an ex-employee of ACORN…"  (Patrick Sweeney, "Stash Of Voter Cards Probed," Saint Paul Pioneer Press, 10/8/04)

Register A Teenager.  "But then there's the case of Glen Stout's 13-year-old son, Kevin, who received a voter registration card in the mail last week. … On Tuesday, Stout and [Rep. Joe Thompson] stood outside ACORN's door at 411 Bellamah Ave. N.W. and blamed the group for faulty voter registration cards.  'We have proof,' Thompson declared.  Part of that proof, they say, includes a copy, produced by Thompson, of young Stout's voter registration form, turned in by Christina Gonzales, a former ACORN employee."  (Shea Andersen, "More Glare On Voter Sign-Ups," Albuquerque Tribune, 8/25/04)

Submit Faulty Registrations In Exchange For Crack Cocaine.  "Elections officials knew something was wrong when they got voter registration cards for Mary Poppins, Dick Tracy, Michael Jordan and George Foreman. … They notified the Defiance County sheriff, who arrested Chad Staton on Monday on a felony charge of submitting phony voter registration forms. Investigators also were looking into allegations that he was paid with cocaine in exchange for his efforts. Staton, 22, had fraudulently filled out more than 100 voter registration forms, Sheriff David Westrick said.  … According to Westrick, the NAACP's National Voter Fund had submitted the false registrations to the elections board in Cleveland." ("Man Arrested After Voter Forms Turned In For Mary Poppins, Michael Jordan, Ohio Officials Say," The Associated Press, 10/19/04)

Kick Back Republican, Cash In Democrat Registrations.  "A field director for one of the many national partisan organizations trying to drum up votes in Florida admits to routine efforts to rig the outcome. They include submitting thousands of invalid voter registration cards, as well as failing to turn in boxes of cards filled out to register Republicans.  'There was a lot of fraud committed,' said Mac Stuart, former Miami-Dade field director for ACORN. Among his allegations – that ACORN 'quality control' workers routinely kicked back Republican voter registrations while paying for Democratic ones. 'They said they had enough,' he said." (Paige St. John, "Rumors Of Vote Fraud Rampant," Florida Today, 10/2/04)

Find A Non-Existent Address Or Empty Lot To Register.  "Chris Carr, executive director of the state Republican Party, said organizations tied to the Democrats are not innocent of political tricks against the GOP. On Friday, he presented three registration forms submitted by Moving America Forward that listed addresses that do not exist or are empty lots. Moving America Forward is a Democratic group linked to New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson." (Adrienne Packer, "Voter Fraud Allegations: Judge Denies Request," Las Vegas Review-Journal, 10/16/04)

STEP 3: FILE LAWSUITS SO LAWYERS WILL
DECIDE
 ELECTION, NOT VOTERS

10,000 Democrat Lawyers Recruited For Poll Watching And "SWAT Teams." "Democrats say they are mobilizing in even greater numbers than the Republicans, having recruited more than 10,000 lawyers to serve as poll watchers or on legal 'SWAT teams' in swing states."  (James Dao, "As Election Nears, Parties Begin Another Round Of Legal Battles," The New York Times, 10/18/04)

This election will be decided by Congress in January. Sorry, but that's what will happen.

I'm happy with that. As long as the SCOTUS is not involved. Let the Democrat lawyers decend like a plague. Bottom line: the legislatures have the last word.

America will not put up with this when we are at war. Besides, 1/4 democrats think Bush is going to win anyway--and with that idiot cutter giving the playbook away...Well looks kind of despirate to me. Sort of like "Base please come out to vote to at least get us close so we can cheat"

If Clinton is sposed to be such a big political power, deploy him to Ohio or Florida. Why bring him to PA unless the internals are telling kerry something he does not want to hear?

Bottom line: If it's not close, they can't steal it. GOTV.

The Democrat playbook is Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals"

It spells out the tactics on how to steal an election

It was followed to the letter by the Dems in 2000 and the signs are there that they have it in play again.
