I have sensed that we've lost proper perspective on how to honor the sacrifices of these men. Their gift should be viewed as a sacred investment in our commitment to this War, and we should honor our Warriors by being resolute, faithful to their commitment, and understanding that our obligation to them is to achieve victory.
I doubt Eric's desire was that the lessons drawn from his sacrifice would be to flatten Iraqi cities and destroy Islam. That's an insult to every American who is in Iraq fighting to protect our freedom, security and prosperity by winning freedom, security and prosperity for Iraqis.
We need to know about a guy like your cuz.
