The judge said voters who show up at the wrong polling place after moving without notifying the elections board, and those whose names cannot be found on the registration rolls, should be able to cast provisional ballots there, the Associated Press reports.

In exchange for that, a valid social security number should have to accompany any voter registration, absentee or provisional ballot. It has to be compared to the national SS database, which has to purged of the deceased at least weekly (the bureaucracy is already in place, put it to work). That way multiple votes, graveyard voters, etc. are much less likely to cancel out your ballot.

I still wish someone would explain how you find out if he has been buying oil futures. but since Brit Hume says Halperin is a friend and a good guy. He can find out for us.
