Sure she is. By taking part in a campaign you're no longer a neutral and can and should expect such behavior from your opponent's campaign. Its not ethical but campaigns are dirty if u haven't noticed.

Perhaps I didn't make myself clear for those who are a bit slower. IMHO Cheney's daughter is fair game because she's a part of his campign staff. She's not a neutral and should not expect such treatment. U take part in the campaign expect some potshots. Is it decent to bring that sort of thing up? No. But elections are, as the rats have amply demonstrated, not for the squeamish.
