DNC ELECTION MANUAL: CHARGE VOTER INTIMIDATION, EVEN IF NONE EXISTS

**World Exclusive**

The Kerry/Edwards campaign and the Democratic National Committee are advising election operatives to declare voter intimidation -- even if none exists, the DRUDGE REPORT can reveal.

A 66-page mobilization plan to be issued by the Kerry/Edwards campaign and the Democratic National Committee states: "If no signs of intimidation techniques have emerged yet, launch a 'pre-emptive strike.'"

The provocative Dem battle plan is to be distributed in dozens of states, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.

One top DNC official confirmed the manual's authenticity, but claimed the notion of crying wolf on any voter intimidation is "absurd."

"We all know the Republicans are going to try to steal the election by scaring people and confusing people," the top DNC source explained.

This is about trying to stop the enforcement of proving that you're a citizen when trying to vote.

The Democrats will try to get all the illegal immigrants to flood the polls and demand to vote, and then claim intimidation and disenfranchisement when someone attempts to verify their registration. Also, there may be fraudulent registrations for ineligible voters, and when those voters show up they will claim intimidation.

Watch for it. It will happen.

"There must be some serious moles at the DNC or could it be, there are honorable people there who don't appreciate being tied to a creep like Kerry.."

Which democrat benefits most from a Kerry loss? Which major democrat took himself out of play through elective surgery, sold as emergency surgery? BTW, Elvis is dead and Bill isn't feeling so well himself.

Do you mean they actually have a homosexual in their camp, I thought that all hyphenated groups were people to be pandered to not actually given positions of responsibility..They are so sensitive over at the DNC.

When looking at Kerry, there can be no doubt of his appeal to the Chicago "Dead" vote, being a strong constituent himself.

However, he's completely lost out on the zombie vote. They're a single issue voting block - braaains, BBrraaaiinnss!

The worst part is the fact that I would vote for Clinton over Kerry if the choice were forced on me.

I told my husband after the debate last night that after 8 years of Clinton I was positive that nobody could be worse in the White House. I was wrong, Kerry would be far worse IMO. God help us all if he is elected.

Not only is it not surprising, it is predictably desperate.

Seems Dem activists want to inflate their numbers in the upcoming election in the same way they have been inflating the "Kerry won" note in all the post debate online polls.

I believe it was Saul Alinsky who stressed the concept that anything goes if it gets you to your objective. According to Alinsky, even immoral or unethical actions are ok because, if your side wins, it can redefine the historical record and vindicate those actions as justifiable....

"This all seems like a red herring to me to get our attention off of how badly BUSH is about to kick KERRY's butt."

You may have point there. But it could also be that they are just running scared.

... My sense of decency prevents me from believing that they will.
That's what they're depending on.
I would rather lose on night's sleep over bending my principles to get George Bush elected, than 4 years losing sleep because John F. Kerry is in the White House.

How in the world does Drudge get these things. There must be some serious moles at the DNC or could it be, there are honorable people there who don't appreciate being tied to a creep like Kerry.. Inquiring minds want to know..

Do you remember right after 9/11 and all the reports of prominent democrats who wouldn't go on record but were saying off the record, they were so glad Al Gore lost the election ???

I wonder if there are a few Dems who feel the same way about John Kerry ???

Hmmmmmmmmmmm

The DNC memo looks like it was typed with proportional spacing on an old IBM Selectric.
