Bush doesn't need to bring up Colin Powell and Condi. To do so would insinuate that the american people are blind.

lawgirl, he refuses to use Condi, Colin, or the others because of their race. He chose them for their skills, not the color of their skin, so he would NEVER say, "Look at me. I appointed......" to make points in a debate.

He is absolutely color blind, and I love it!
