A paragraph on page 11 is most-telling (to me)

He would begin, if sworn into office, by going immediately to the United Nations to deliver a speech recasting American foreign policy. Does Kerry know Pakistan has the bomb? That Pakistan is in an almost-war footing with India? Constructive engagement is a wiser course.

Kerry would go unilateral with North Korea like Clinton did. North Korea shined Clinton on and went on about their business, undetered. Bush has multi-lateral talks including regional powers.

Kerry is a MORON.

So instead of shoring up one of our most important allies in the War on Terror, Kerry's plan is to pick a fight with him! Just how stupid is this guy? How does Kerry figure he can get at the Terrorists in the borderlands if the Pakies are alienated with his treatment of them? How's Kerry going to build a "Stronger coalition" if he is going to spend all his time alienating our most important allies?
