Doesn't he realize most liberals call those VICTIMLESS CRIMES? Liberals often want police and prosecutors to IGNORE those crimes or even LEGALIZE them.
Kerry's idea to treat Terrorism as a police action, and arrest the bad guys BEFORE they blow themselves up will NEVER work. That would require tons of RACIAL PROFILING, and I can clearly recall before 9/11, that racial profiling was a liberal's prime hot-button complaint about law enforcement.
They're ALREADY whining their @sses off over the PATRIOT ACT.
It must be that John Kerry can instinctively spot Terrorists the same way he scanned 150 well-dressed people last Friday and immediately KNEW they are all POOR or MIDDLE CLASS !
