noticed that myself, though I'm not versed in Constitutional law.
I took a course on it in high school...I wouldn't say I am extremely well versed but I am familiar with it...This comment was just an example of what side Kerry is really on.
That is one of the very basics of Constitutional Law...law must be in line with the Constitution, not the Constitution in line with law. Kerry is freaking nuts.
