Stupid last question! I wonder if Gibson arranged it that way?

Yes. He wanted the debate to end on a sour note for Dubya, but Gibson will have to be disappointed, because the president is handling the question well.

Now KERRY GETS TO TALK ABOUT BUSH'S MISTAKES...

THINK ABOUT GIBSON USING THIS QUESTION LAST -- HE CHOSE THE ORDER OF THE QUESTIONS -- IN THE CONTEXT OF THE ABC MEMO DISCLOSED TODAY. THIS WAS TOTALLY PLANNED BY GIBSON TO TORPEDO BUSH.

And I don't think it worked. Bush answered the question with dignity.

You can't tell me that last question wasn't staged. That was a blatant disregard of fairness. Gibson knew that question was coming and knew it had the biggest possibility of tripping up Bush.

Liberal commy!

That last "question" was NOT a question. A JFK voter for sure

Yeah, but Bush got to close with the final closing remarks.
