Keeping my fingers crossed. I heard a pundit the other day describe Jeb as perhaps the best governor in the USA. He said that unfortunately, it's hard to imagine the country accepting a third Bush president in 2008. What's the feeling there?
As far as JEB for a future President, I hear nothing in this state. If he is to run, they are keeping that very quiet. Remember his wife is, I think, from Colombia and they have a daughter who is a recovering substance abuse addict. My sense is these two things will reflect adversely on a future run. It is, however, a shame since JEB would be a fine Commander-in-Chief.
Look instead for George P. to begin a stellar career in politics. This kid has success written all over him.
