Great! I am so glad they are dissecting Pony's math. Wish Cheney could have had the final word on that "$200 billion" as well.

Of course Edwards benefited from his exposure at the debate tonight: he learned more about foreign policy in 90 minutes from VP Cheney than he ever learned as a Senator on the Intelligence committee.

LOL! How true.

The silky pony was rode hard and put up wet.

I'd kill to have that be the front page headline on the New York Times tomorrow.

I agree that Bush should be on the warpath against Kerry Friday night. I thought Cheney missed an opportunity with the "why are things so partisan" question. Leadership means that sometimes you must ACT without agreement from everyone. The Democrats have bent over backwards to obstruct, attack, and undermine this President at every opportunity. Rather than diddle, delay, and debate these issues endlessly with the Democrats, leadership requires action. There's nothing wrong with partisanship, especially in the face of the Democrats who represent the wrong side of every important issue the country faces.

Just a freudian slip for Edwards. He would sanction anyone if it would get him a vote.

The campaign also said Cheney, in his capacity as Senate president, had sworn in Edwards

Cheney wasn't VP when Edwards was elected and Edward only ran for office ONCE

Besides the fact that the last time I checked, US senators serve six year terms, and since Edwards would be up for re-election this year if he were running, he would have had to be sworn in in 1998, whie Algore was Senate president, nothing at all.

We can't spend $75 million to defend ourselves and rebuild Iraq but we can pour 30 billion into the rat hole of Africa? The logic of a liberal mind escapes me.

The only reason Edwards decided not to run again is because he knew he would never win again in a primarilly republican north carolina. Senator Gone.
