The problem for Kerry is that time limits dilute his biggest "strength". He drones on so much as to make his followers think he actually said something worthwhile. It's Kerry's baffle them with quantity BS strategy. At least Clinton could make a statement come to some point. Even Gore would eventually get to a point, usually a goofy one.

Kerry is like a person who tells a complex joke for so long, never getting to the punch line making his listeners not care that they didn't hear the end.

This is great! Kerry is getting into a fight with the debate commision. GWB must just be laughing his a## off. This debate is going to be absolutely priceless.
