This is just the thing we conservatives have been trying to avoid. We try to solve one problem but end up not only creating another, but giving away another huge slice of our fundamental constitutional freedoms:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Oh yeah, when a third of my income goes to support a government eager to give benefits to any and everyone on the face of earth, constitutional freedom has already been abridged because I have no say in WHO gets what. To sacrifice a little piece now so we'll be better abled to say who gets what is nothing compared to the price coming due if we allow the status quo to continue....
