They won't get "free medicare" in Canada, especialy if they think they are going to live in Alberta, the heart of Right wing conservatism. They will have to buy medical insurance, just like they do in the USA. Except, they will still have to wait in lines, LOL! Good luck in them getting a residentcy permit as well. One other thing about Alberta, housing is EXPENSIVE!
