Thanks for the ping. I think our forces are now authorized to engage the enemy at any point they recieve fire from - include a MOSQUE.

You read the release the same way as do I. They put these releases out strategically, to mold expectations. I think this is setting up an offensive where bad guys hiding in Mosques will be presumed to be legitimate targets of opportunity.
