Was it Seth's biological father, the former New Brunswick cop, or was it Niederer's current husband, who is just as loopy as she is.

The suppsoed letter posted on the web to Bush sez "Richard Dvorin" and the quote was from Richard Dvorin.

On another page for soldiers who died in Iraq has a quote from AP and it describes Richard Dvorin as:

So it looks like I got the right guy but then again there are a lot of New Brunswick cops (its a college town with way too many homeless... sort of a mini San Fran).
