Even though California has a liberal reputation, I did not intend to start another flame war, about California. Ronald Reagan was associated with California, and he probably would not have taken my remarks to heart either...

I did not just stop at seeing the flag on his ID, but noticed that a number of his links (mentions of precancerous anal lesions among gay men, mentions of Log Cabin Republicans) had more interest to the homosexual community than the links FReeper's page typically do.

Combining that observation with his comments, I could have gone directly into 'questioning his manhood' directly.
However I thought a subtle jest was a better way of

Well, there's more of this going on in the red states, in "flyover land", than you might think. If you hang around academic environments (colleges or universities), you can't help but knowing gay people. Also, I'm from the pacific northwest and maintain connections there.

As far as your questions go, I'm afraid I haven't inquired too closely on these matters. I don't know much about the sexual habits of lesbians, beyond the old joke about the lesbian dinosaur species: lickedalotapuss.

My friend reacted to my suggestion of gay bigamy as a joke (which it was). But he claims monogamy isn't natural. These strange sexual ideologies are common out west, there's still a lot of left-over sexual liberation theology from the late 60s, along with the usual leftist antiwar claptrap. At least this friend of mine has a clue about safer sex, somehow he's avoided getting HIV. (I think his strategy is to avoid anal sex. Apparently, the odds of getting it from oral sex are relatively small.)

That's generally true. But, my fellow ringer, don't forget that The Hobbit may possibly be made and released by 2006, and the first installment of the Chronicles of Narnia movies, "The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe" may be released in 2005. Ah, now there's some cheerful stuff coming out of the movie industry. Also, if you haven't seen it already, you should go see "The Village." It was beautifully clean from profanity and sexual perversion and had an incredible twist and storyline to it.

There's still some good stuff out there for good, Christian folks to watch. You just have to be very choosy.
