What have you got to be so bitter about, 140 years after the fact? Your interlocutor is posting from Indiana. Usually Indianans are better-disposed, and certainly better-mannered, than this guy, who by his demeanor is probably from someplace like New York or New Jersey. Just a WAG.
He probably has a complex psych history and profile, which being nice people we don't want to get into judging, so just ignore him and eventually he'll go off and micturate on something else.
