Yes those things need to be done but the letter would need to be in their public record for consideration at time fo license renewal. That is where we get the most leverage.

I was watching the SF Bay area's local CBS affiliate news story on this last night. The reporter said that CBS corporate did not allow them to interview the document expert who authenticated the signatures on the document. this was even though the expert lives in the area.

It was an obvious shot at CBS corporate even though it was showing at a little after midnight..
