Someone may have to file some type of criminal charges against Dan Blather & CBS to get that ball moving.

One would hope so, but CBS is STILL saying they stand by the "documents". It will be interesting to see what happens as this thing unfolds.

I have been wondering the same thing myself. Isn't it a federal crime to forge government documents? The only reason CBS won't reveal their source is that the docs came directly from the DNC.

Perhaps buckhead can get in contact with Judicial Watch to sue CBS on behalf of voters for FEC violations and foregery of federal documents?

Probably, because like most people, they have better things to do.

They weren't gov't docs, apparently.

But last time I looked forgery and fraud are still crimes.

If the Feds are too gutless, maybe Killian's family will do something in civil court.

I have filed a 12 page, ~85 charge complaint with the FCC & Congressman Fred Upton, Chairman of SubCommittee on Communications & I encourage others to do likewise.

They have gov headings, and official signatures, and purport to represent official memo of LT COL acting in official capacity.

What is the specific statute that was broken? It maybe immoral and crappy but that doesnt mean that it broke the law or that its severe enough an infraction that anyone will go to jail over it. I wouldnt get my hopes up.

And they've been called private. I don't know. But fraud and forgery are crimes. That much I do know. And this one should be prosecuted just like any other.

I'm fairly certain that forging someone else's signature on any kind of document with the intent to cause injury to another party is at an absolute minimum a state crime. I don't think this would constitute mail fraud as these documents never went through the post office.

Well, if Kilian didn't write those things, someone else forged Killian's sig. That's a crime, isn't it? Maybe more than one?

I was listening to Mike Gallagher (replay) early this morning. He had a caller on that said this also breaks McCaine-Feingold.

He said he set up a website but I can't remember the name.
