I think that was an MTV interview so it was probably well received by the target audience. However, I prefer a president that doesn't use the term "dissed" in an interview about foreign policy matters and strategy for bringing allies to the table in regard to Iraq. Privileged Thurston Howell III on Gilligan's Island would never use ghetto slang, IMHO.

You're right. I didn't notice that.

Yes, he talks that way FOR his target audience. Just like when he said the "f-word" in the Rolling Stone interview. Just a puppet...it is so obvious that he says just what he thinks they want to hear.
