I don't much care if Bush pulled strings to get into the National Guard, or if Kerry tried to go to Paris instead of Vietnam, or if Kerry pulled someone out of the water or if Bush smoked pot as a teen or young man or if Kerry took movies of himself in the jungle. I simply don't find it in any way relevant to if one has the stones to become President TODAY.
What I DO care about is Kerry's CURRENT Senatorial record, Kerry's CURRENT postions on social and defense issues, and Kerry's CURRENT attitude toward annihilating those who attack the U.S......all of which suck.
Bush has been a huge disappointment on the spending front but he's been NAILS on defending the U.S. and smiting the enemy....that's why I will vote for him.
End of story.

Thanks for this. Listening to the news today, you'd think the President hadn't shown up for a single day. I'm starting to dread turning on the news--knowing it's 95% lies doesn't help much. The sheeple (and there are many) don't know the difference.

Excellent points. The fact is, that American voters elected a genuine, honest-to-goodness draft dodger (twice). President Bush's guard duty will have no effect on the vote. President Bush is an excellent Commander-in-Chief, and that's what matters now, and that will get him votes.
