Watching the Weather Channel this afternoon, they gave a list of the number of tornados generated by Frances.
The numbers for the several states on the Eastern seaboard were ordinary, with the exception of my state - - South Carolina.
While all the others were under 10, we in the past two days had 40 !!
There were at least 3 within 30 miles of us, and we were under Torndao Warning for more than a full day.
We were blessed here, having fewer than two inches of rain, and winds that I doubt exceeded 40 mph.
