Good afternoon dear sistahs and finest friends. Special prayers for our deployed military today with all the increased violence.
As always, thanks for posting the Military Monday thread...even if it's Tuesday :o) Speaking of which...must get something together for tomorrow. Have a blessed evening all.
P.S. Read somewhere that Swiftboat vet John O'Neil has the whole hour with Bill O'Rielley who I rarely watch anymore but maybe just maybe he will be doing a mea culpa cause I heard he was a real jerk to O'Neil the last time. We'll see.

Still a steady rain here and it's the type that makes you sleepy.
I'm sure your son and his family are alright...maybe a little tired and frustrated with the power out. Hopefully you'll hear from them soon.

The worst weather is over on the east side of the storm, up here the hurricane has been very boring.

I'm so glad to hear he is all right, Colleen.
As I remember, he lives on Merritt Island, and that area bore very prolonged and heavy winds and rain.
It was odd to see so much TV coverage from Melbourne and Palm Bay and Ft. Pierce, all where I had lived.

Thanks. Yea, must be strange to watch the coverage having lived there at one time. Frustrating watching it having loved ones there. Fred is a rip, he assured me he was evacuating, and he did. He went to his daughters house. Fred lives on a canal, his daughter is a little more inland, but still on Merritt Island. I thought he was going to the west coast to his sister's home. I am so glad I didn't know he stayed on Merritt Island, would have been even more worried.
