When you read the transcript of the interview it's easy to see why Zell was mad. Matthews asked questions with implied answers and never gave Miller a chance at rebuttal.
Isn't that a breach of interview etiquette?
Why is Matthews/MSNBC proud of this?

A shotgun tactic aimed at their own foot?
Liberals are as unacquainted with etiquette as they are with propriety and truth. Expecting appropriate behavior from a liberal is like expecting a pig to curtsy. (Actually, a pig can be taught to curtsy).
But Matthews was completely at a loss why Zell responded the way he did. He was clueless.
