Yes, but he is not as sick and deluded as Kerry. Kerry is fairly insane in the intensity of his narcissism.
Of course Clinton also has co-morbidity with a history of chronic sexual predation and (as younger dude) cocaine abuse, the stress of all three conditions finally being associated with his current advanced arteriosclerotic vascular disease.
Yes this fits Clinton quite well. For that matter, many politicians, celebrities, top athletes, etc.
i don't see Clinton fitting the criteria to a "t," maybe two of three, but not all... however, the one who comes to mind is Al Gore... he fits perfectly (as does Kerry)...
