Based on what we hear from Democrats, this would have been much bigger without Miller's speech because his speech would hurt Republicans.
So either there would have been a 20 point spike instead, or Zell was a positive effect and the Democrats were full of bunk.
I think it was the latter.

I don't believe Zell's speech is even included very well in this poll. It started being done the day before his speech.
