The Bush twins came on right after the Kerry girls and yes, like the first two, there were boos and cheers.
The Kerry girls are getting all the notoriety because, IMHO, the press was very surprised anyone would boo a Kerry.

I think the booing was out of line. Those girls didn't get to choose their father (OBVIOUSLY!) or his career. I'd be pissed if someone did that to the twins.
On the other hand, if they're going to hop on stage they'd better be ready to duck some tomatoes. I don't know. It's hard for me to articulate my thoughts on the matter. I guess I just felt sorry for them.

If only you had the presence of mind to push her off stage, you could have rescued her later and won a Silver Star with a V on it.
To: Jaysun
You know, I wouldn't have booed them for just saying "vote for my daddy..." Now, if they started ripping W? Entirely different story...

Those gals need some serious work on their posture. Their heads droop like Igors.

I think people are just tired of idiot celebrities pushing their political agendas. It's insulting to them, especially since pretty much the Democrats have the monopoly on it.

But I thought they didn't get booed? (/sarcasm)

Epithats such as,..If you can't take the heat, stay out of the kitchen,..comes to mind in regards to the Kerry offspring.

When the twins go on Face the Nation to smear their father's adversaries like the Kerry girls did with the SVFT, it will be a fair comparison.

I was going to post something along the same lines.
There sense of entitlement is as big as their idiot father's.
They are elitist minded and think that everyone should love them. That happens when one looks down their noses at every other person in the room.
They are just like the Gore kids. Some Secret Service agents have come forward about an incident where Gore was scolding one of the Gore offspring and pointed to a Secret Service agent and said something like...
'do you want to end up like him'.

I guess you're right. It isn't like they were booed while walking down the street or something.

"I was scared out of my mind," she told CNN after appearing on stage. In the words of Hank Williams, Jr. --- It's a family tradition. Like father, like daughter.

the one on the right is the one who showed up at the film festival in a see through dress.
And she did not really have the goods to pull it off.
that whole family is a joke.
To: ladyinred
I'm not shocked at all. Today's youth I believe is much more conservative, and while I question their taste in music, they are tired of the constant prosetylizing MTV does. Just shut up and play the damn videos.

I didn't see that. That changes things a bit. It seems that they aren't just along for the ride and have become "involved" which makes booing and other such things perfectly legitimate.
