I think I need a "snap out of it" slap or something. I am getting really bummed. I watched Heraldo on Fox tonite interviewing a Dem and a Rep. It was awful. I know.... I see this all the time, but it's starting to get to me. The Rep. was a woman, and Heraldo and the Dem. were so ganging up on her. I am really really tired of all the lying and accusations being hurled at Republicans.

How many violent protests were there in Boston at the Dem convention? Any anarchists there? Any terrorists dropping by? How many foreigners came to the USA to protest or disrupt the Dem convention? W so wants to be a uniter, but the left will have none of it. Reps. want to extend a hand in friendship, only to have it chopped off. W says Kerry's service in VN was honorable, that he should be proud of it. Hillary says that if W is re-elected, it will be DEVASTATING to this country. DEVASTATING? What the hell? Now the Swift vets are a Bush plot, backed by a Bush supporter. No matter WHAT W or the Rep. party does, it's no good. It's ok for the Dems to say Bush was AWOL (a charge proven false), but it's not ok for a non-political group of vets to challenge Kerry's record with thier own recollections and records of what Kerry did and didn't do in VN, not to mention what he did when he came home to SLAUGHTER the morale of his so-called "brothers". How can so many people be so blind? So incredibly hateful? There's even a "novel" out now about assasinating our President. How did Americans ever get to this point? I'm dumbfounded.

Well, I guess we'll see what happens in New York. I hope the terrorists, the anarchists, the communists, both foreign and domestic, don't cause more damage than 9/11. I'd feel better if this convention was being held in Texas.

I hope that after the convention, the number of rapes of "peaceful protesters" by other "peaceful protesters" will be reported. Mothers of the 60's and daughters of the 2000's---girls just want to have fun.

Is this the Black Block incident? I've been waiting for news. Something about they had smokebombs in their signs and were setting a paper dragon on fire. A policeman stepped forward to stop the man and 12 of his buddies moved in to attack. There was a skirmish with police officers. Same incident?

My liberal relatives asked me how could Bush be so dumb as to hold the convention in New York. I told them to take a look at the pictures of the protesters- and asked them how that was going to go over in middle America.

Sometimes it pays to show the undecided who is on the other side.

By the end of this convention, NYC cops will all vote for Bush. They may not publicize it, but they will remember this week.

I watched the festivities on CSPAN today. The hatred spewing from this scum makes me wonder about this country's future. This is beyond politics. I fail to see how co-existance is possible with a nation so polarized. The loonies in NY are just a small fraction of what exists in our country. If their agenda is put in place this country is doomed IMHO.
