OH-MY-GOD. 100,000 protesters carrying 1,000 coffins. This is the most ridiculous display of wreckless radicalism I have ever seen. As a moderate Republican, I do my absolute best to see both sides from their point of view, then base my opinion after I've ingested both sides of the story, but this is getting pretty wacky. All John Kerry and the Democrats are doing is going from special interest group to special interest group; going from the radical environmentalists to the gay/lesbians, from the peace-loving hippies to the pro-choice fanatics. It seems that the only special group that is not being lobbied by the Democrats is the one group that represent a vast plurality (proabably a majority) of the American population: the middle class family that just wants to raise their family in a normal environment. The Democratic Party seems to want to take that aspect away from us. They want to change America to Europe, with all the decadence and liberalism that would come with it. John Kerry is so liberal that he is even running on a bill of higher taxes (wasn't Mondale the last candidate that did that??). He will do every in his power to push his agenda on the conservative values that represent most Americans, and it is up to us, the conservative base, to ensure that Kerry stays in Massachusetts where he belongs.

the middle class family that just wants to raise their family in a normal environment.

Or as they're called by the Democrats: "Extreme Right Wing Neo-Cons With The Most Radical Agenda The World Has Ever Seen."

I watched the circus on C-span. It seems the left hates FOX news. Who would have thunk it?

The hate for Bush seemed to play second fiddle to the hate for FOX news. Someone needs to tell these guys, uummmmmmmmm, Fox is not running for president.

It is just amazing, how the protesters, profess their fight
for peace, and yet display acts of violence.

They seem confused as usual.

One sign read "More f##king, less fighting" a few steps behind another sign read "More money for aids". Apparently a conflict of intrest.

It demands too much of the liberal capacity for rational thought to realize that if we pulled out of Iraq and Afghanistan, those terrorists we're fighting over there would be over here. I can just imagine their protests when that happens.

The "pony-tailed" idiot that asked the candidates in the 1992 presidential debates to think of us as their "children" pretty much typifies the hopelessly naive mindset of these people.

I don't believe there were 1,000 coffins. I somehow managed to watch most of it. The same hodge podge crowd of protesters whose causes were so varied marched in circles around the blocks giving the appearance of greater numbers. I was too young in the sixties to have seen any of the protests. But I believe that these protestors might not even have the convictions of a, all be it, misguided cause that was present at that time. They just seemed to portray a strange party atmosphere. Like they didn't have anything better to do!

Take a good look AMERICA...this is the bunch that supports John Effin' Kerry. They mock freedom. They lie openly, knowing the main stream media (MSM) will not correct their lies or question their sources.

They mock our traditional American values. Mothers, fathers and children are, for them, not worth the blood of our brave military men and women. They claim to love peace and all mankind, yet they rip the unborn from their mothers' womb because they are selfish. These marchers excersize their First Amendment right to speak without ackknowledging the blood spilled to keep us free.

These people mock capitalism, the lubricant of freedom. They feign disgust at our capitalist way of life, yet on the other hand, they are selling trash filled momentos with curses heaped on our President Bush. They are hypocrites in the worst way.

These marchers mock the deaths of our brave men and women when they carry cardboard coffins. They do not know the sadness and pride that almost all military families feel when they lay a soldier to rest. My father in law served in Korea. I carried his flag draped coffin. Behind freezing tears I heard the rifle reports in his honor.
These marchers know nothing of bravery and dignity.

Watch closely this week, America. You will see some real Americans step forward and speak of how great our Country has been and how much greater it can be. Instead of whining about how terrible things "are", we will hear of how wonderful life in a free country really is.

There will not be any bizarre speachs by Tuhrayzah...thank God, but instead, our dignified and warm Laura will speak (I hope!!).

All Americans should watch closely at the simple dignity that our President carries with him, for HE is a REAL MAN, with past foibles he admitted and labored to eliminate. He is a true leader, one that sets the vision and policies for his Administrative Team. HE IS just like you and I. A leader for our time, it is a simple "compare and contrast" essay...watch closely and you will see the difference between a poser and a true leader.

Love America? Vote for President Bush, so he can finish what THEY started!

G

I wonder just how much belief in anarchy anarchists would have if those of us who don't believe in anarchy decided to...and started eliminating them one by one.

BTW, Reuters reported there were hundreds of thousands of protesters. Somebody can't count.

I hope it got plenty of coverage. Not constant replay coverage, just enough to motivate us poor old normals to show up on election day.

I was really getting upset and angry earlier watching the coverage of the protesters in NYC. A short while ago I watched the coverage of President Bush giving a stump speech in W. Virgina and let me tell you he wiped out and smacked down everything the filth on the streets of NYC did today. They stand for nothing and don't even deserve to have a President and a military that defends their right to slander this President and this country. If you get a chance, watch the C-SPAN re-run of Bush in W VA and you will have no doubt about who will win this race.

I think this reply was worthy of a vanity post! I so appreciate those who are able to do so eloquently what I can not. Turn inner monolouge into outer dialouge! The connection from my brain to my keyboard gets lost in translation! Thanks to your family for it's service & God bless.

First the press reports "hundreds", next came "thousands", next came "hundreds of thousands" now it's "more than hundreds of thousands". Well by tomorrow it'll be millions. Do I believe their numbers? NO!
