PROTESTS TAKE A NASTY SWING IN BX.
By PERRY CHIARAMONTE and JOE McGURK
August 28, 2004 -- Vandals hacked up fairways and spray-painted political slogans on a city golf course in The Bronx early yesterday, as protesters geared up for an anti-GOP protest march tomorrow past the Republican convention site. The graffiti which included the slogans "Stop the War!" and "Politics Isn't Business" was discovered at Van Cortlandt Golf Course and on nearby lawns and tunnels, parks officials said.
"There was extensive damage to holes 15 through 18," said Parks and Recreation Commissioner Adrian Benepe.

The idiots need to know the course has been there "for the people" since 1895. The grass there's pretty natural. It's been around for 109 years.
Minor details, of course.

Sorry. It is new on frontpage now. "Ruckus at the Republican Convention" by Lowell Ponte. It says that the Director of Online Communications for the Kerry campaign is Zack Exley, a workshop facilitator for the Ruckus Society. The article also details the funding of the Heinz Foundation for this terrorist organization. Now I know why Boston's Convention was without incident.

"Grass is not natural" and "foreign species were planted".
Guess the whole "diversity" thing is out the window.

Zach Exley, formerly of Moveon.org, eh? Also a hippie protester. I hope he comes here, does something stupid, and gets arrested. It would do wonders for the Keerry campaign...

Pot isn't native to the country either but I bet he'd be upset if someone ripped up his plot.

The point is that these are Kerry supporters... They represent the attitudes and morales that Kerry either condemns or condones... a sort of a "manly moment" for Kerry (to paraphrase John Edwards)

The Republican national commitee the Grand old party is just one such organization of rich people who play golf and rape the earth. These people who start and fight wars to get richer. Where were these people when Clinton was president? I swear he played golf every day and he still does. Seems like all he did was play golf ... well, maybe not all he did. He also took us to war in Haiti and Bosnia. But at least he didn't rape...the earth.
It makes no sense that these protestors rage against republicans and "fancy" living. Yet the looney left gives a pass to their own elite hollywood leaders, their pampered political leaders, and super-wealthy manipulators like Soros & Moore.

DNC shock pukes in action. They want to create a 1968 Chicago convention(DNC) fiasco. I hope the NY P.D. stomps a mud-hole in their butts and then walks it dry when the violence starts. I sense Soros funding behind all these clandestine operations. I do hope the vandals(domestic terrorists) are dealt with severely. Bush/Cheney 2004

I seriously doubt the NYPD will let things get out of hand. If they were smart, they'd slink away like the LAPD during the '92 'uprising'. Then the entire world would get a chance to see a preview of what America would look like during a Kerry administration.

They have no respect for property rights. You may want to do some reading on the nature and history of communism.

And John Kerry is such a man of modest means. He's for the common man, don'cha know.

We went down by Tompkins Square last night to see what the mongrels were up to. The NYPD had it lit up like Times Square with floods from choppers. My hope is that there will be enough early arrests that lead to 96 hour processing periods to get most of the assholes off the streets before Monday.

I get the impression that the cops in NY, God bless 'em, are just itching to bust some heads.
We might like to think so but the prevailing attitude is to get through the week with as little trouble as possible.
