Ouch-ch-ch, now I know where you're talking about. I enjoy walking by Mathews Park, but I can't stand all those beat-up cars and pick-ups plastered with lefty slogans.
The absolute worst place in Minneapolis is not too far away from there, where Augsburg College and the U of M's West Bank meet. There, all the stores have "NO WAR" signs in the window, and proudly tout being "100% Organic and Communally Run".

If you really want to repel the protestors go get a bunch of hotel sized bars of soap,shampoo, shaving cream, tooth paste & threaten to throw these items at the protestor if they don't back off.
