My point was that the dems are hypocrites. If they are going to say that Ginsberg should step down...then they should say the same.

Don't you get it? Democrats have been accusing their opponents of the bahavior which they themselves engage in. Once you have accused your opponent, you innoculate your camp from harm. It becomes a circus.

The fact that republicans and honorable people fall for this every time is sad. It's why democrat operatives laugh at republicans and their integrity. It's their weakness.

Remember in the 1996 campaign when Hillary and Bubba proclaimed they were going to adopt a child? That was done to piss on the abortion fire. They had no intention of adopting some child. But the effect was that the topic of abortion was verboten from discussion because the Clintons were doing something higher and noble in announcing their adoption plans. It also signifigantly delayed much of the really damning info on China and other shenanigans. After all, they were good people down deep if they were adopting a child. Maybe a crack baby too........
