Yeah they have a Joint Campaign that is made up of multiple ones. MoveOn, ACT, MediaFund, etc and apparently they all lucked up and got connecting offices in the same building in Washington D.C. Probably just a coincidence.
Ickes, Palladino, and Lenzner aughta be closely watched and if they break the law this time like they did last time, they need to go to jail.

Joe Sandler works as a lawyer for the DNC as well as a Lawyer for Moveon.org. The Dems griped that the Ginsberg fellow was doing the same.

The thing is...there is nothing wrong with Ginsberg giving legal advice to the Swift Vets and the Republican campaign.
Nor is there any thing wrong with what Sandler has done.
HOWEVER, if dems are going to gripe...then they should step up and have Sandler resign.
Its doubtful that either lawyer was involved in "Coordination" between there two respective clients...because it violates atty client priv. And it would be too easy to get busted because it is a high profile issue.
Still, if the dems are going to scream...then they have to scream at themselves as well.
Ickes and crew really don't care! The FEC couldn't enforce a no smoking order. That's the complete irony of the celebrated McNasty/Feingoldinmmpockets CFR. Nothing that goes on within the federal government is enforced to any degree anymore. Just ask all the federal judges who issued orders to the Clintonista regime. They wiped their butts with them, with full immunity from consequences.

My point was that the dems are hypocrites. If they are going to say that Ginsberg should step down...then they should say the same.

The fact that republicans and honorable people fall for this every time is sad. It's why democrat operatives laugh at republicans and their integrity. It's their weakness.
Remember in the 1996 campaign when Hillary and Bubba proclaimed they were going to adopt a child? That was done to piss on the abortion fire. They had no intention of adopting some child. But the effect was that the topic of abortion was verboten from discussion because the Clintons were doing something higher and noble in announcing their adoption plans. It also signifigantly delayed much of the really damning info on China and other shenanigans. After all, they were good people down deep if they were adopting a child. Maybe a crack baby too........
