"AT VQ995770 MINE DETONATED UNDER PCF 3 LIFTING BOAT ABOUT 2-3 FT OUT OF WATER. VERY HEAVY BLACK SMOT. OBSERVED AT THE SAME TIME BOATS RCVD HEAVY A/W AND S/A FROM BOTH BANKS. FIRCECONTINUED FOZNABOUT 5000 METERS. TWO OTHER EXPLOSIONS OVC RVED"
That takes care of the second mine explsion claim. I saw Michael Dobbs on Lou Dobb's show the other day and he was trying to be fair and balanced. Said the Post had made mutiple requests for Kerry's military records from the Kerry campaign without success.
