What is the state of origin for Dr. Dehenry and where did he get his medical degree?

I do not remember reading that info anywhere.

Records show Dehenre is a 1982 alumnus of the State University of New York-Stony Brook School of Medicine, and his primary specialty is obstetrics and gynecology.
