My thoughts ZOT

Posted on 08/16/2004 10:55:19 AM PDT by Headfulofghosts

Can someone give me an exact answer, why doesn't Kerry come out against the war, when all of the facts back him up, as of now he's got my vote. However, he should drop this " allies" thing, because it really is a bunch of bull, it's as bad as Bush saying that there is still WMD, i mean come on, is there anyone who actually belives this- that France, Germany, and Russia well come along to our ' side." Complete wishful thinking, the world has changed, there is no soviet union, and the world hates the US, for some good reasons, but the rest is all hypocritical. Whoever, the next president is, should say these exact words, to the Iraqis, ' listen, we tried to do the right thing, but we didn't know how stupid you all really are." And I think it's time to start to be inventive, come up with new angles, for example that little Hitler like Al Sadr, send a CIA unit, capture his a...., while he sleeps, dress him up in those " execution suits" like Al Queda does, and waste him, portraying themselves as Al Queda. Lastly. every detainee should be forced to watch " Newlyweds." As far as the war in Iraq itself, i agree that it has inspired more terrorists as Kerry claims, but in a weird and strange way, it may give the CIA enough time to get the intelligence they need and to fully infultrate it, as in the Sept. 11, hearings fmr. cia director Tenet said we had no intel on the ground, and that it would take 5 years to fully fight the threat- and i agree with Miss Portman, that maybe the best thing for both our country and Bush, is to send him back to his ranch- as he seems to be more interested in that than the affairs of President.

I have friends in uniform still, and there's good news coming out of Iraq.
The (de)press doesn't want that and cannot stand that.

WMD have been found, but so many people are believing the liberal spin that no-one knows the truth.
Binary chemical mix in flight artillery shells have been found, and Iraq did not possess them or declare them.
And did not have such capability prior to 1996.
So the press saying they are 'old leftover' shells from before Desert Storm is a fabrication.

ONE binary mix in flight shell was rigged as an Improvised Explosive Device.
It did NOT have the internationally recognised green markings on it to denote a chemical weapon.
So it is possible that many THOUSANDS more are hidden in the HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of munition depots througout Iraq hidden away in plain sight as normal everyday HE shells.
And these ammo depots are 55 acres or so in size.

So, Bush isn't supposed to pull troops fro UNFRIENDLY Germany?
And he's not supposed to announce it until after the election?
Wouldn't THAT be seen as a political move?
We take the troops out of Germany, and we save money.
Germany and France can swing in the breeze for all we care.

So what about all these troops movements, Bush is trying to et, i think it's a great idea, why should we continue to be in countries that are constantly hostile to us, and have protests daily against us.

So we should get out of the U.S.?

Was Al Sadr, even in Iraq during the war, or was he in Iran?

Look kid...most threads are led off with actual articles from newspapers.

What are you reading....what channels are you watching?

You're a HISTORY major? Why don't you understand what war is then?

There's more than just the Sarin shells hidden.
Theres hundreds of depots/munition dumps, labs.
Hundreds of miles of underground tunnels.
Much like the tunnels found in Lebanon in 1982 when Israel pushed the PLO out.

Sadr was in his little self proclaimed Sadr City with his followers, and gathering the Fedayeen he could find.
Once Sadman was gone, he decided he would proclaim himself a holy man and proclaim jihad.
Now he's wounded an dreally wants to talk last I heard.
(We should just let him bleed to death. His previous truce agreements were nothing ore than an excuse for him to rearm and regroup.)

Yeah, and we stopped "goat-ball" too. PETA would be proud. Liberals should be glad were over there.

Most of my military neighbors come back from TDY assignments saying the media is suppressing the good news. One friend, who was wounded and may never walk again, cherrfully admits he'd go back in a minute - it's worth it.

This must be THE most attention you've EVER gotten, but look at WHY.

Believe me,this is NOT the kind of attention you want;no matter HOW lonely and friendless you are.And we aren't here to spoon-feed you facts you can get on your own,by reading FR.

true, but why do we continue to fight, pull back, truce, after truce, it's basically a big joke, and why do people belive that Wes Clark is qualified to speak, about Al Queda, when he himself can't even tell the truth, when the KLA itself was labeled as a terror oranization in the 90's
